Getting Started

Install the Keen Chrome extension, then navigate to any Amazon product page. Click the Track This Product button that appears on the page. Your tracked products will appear in the Keen popup.

Common Questions

Why isn't the Track button showing up?

The button appears on Amazon product detail pages (URLs containing /dp/). Make sure you're on a supported marketplace: amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.ca, or amazon.de.

Why does a product show limited data?

Keen collects data each time you visit a tracked product page. The more snapshots collected over time, the richer the analysis. Some fields like BSR or seller count may not be visible on every listing.

How do I refresh a product's data?

Open the Keen popup and click Refresh current page while on the product's Amazon page. This captures a fresh snapshot immediately.

What is the 100-product limit?

The free plan supports tracking up to 100 products per user. Pro plan with higher limits is coming soon.

How do I remove a tracked product?

Open the Keen popup, find the product, and click the Remove button on its card.
