Keen ("we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome extension and web service that helps Amazon sellers track product performance. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you use the Keen extension to track an Amazon product, we collect the following publicly visible product data from the Amazon product page:
We do not collect your name, email address, Amazon account credentials, purchase history, or any personally identifiable information through the extension.

Data is aggregated across users to provide community-sourced historical context. No individual user's tracking activity is exposed to other users or third parties.
Your tracked product list and snapshot history are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. This data does not leave your device except for the anonymized product metrics described above.

Anonymized product snapshots are retained indefinitely to support historical trend analysis. You may request deletion of any data associated with your usage by contacting us.
